Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

Some products may ship separately depending on inventory location or supplier fulfillment. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LongFeather Outfitters & Retrievers LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact your local carrier

  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier-related issues.


Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain delays

  • Incorrect shipping information
